Huijsiki is a wooden house on the edge of the Botriver Lagoon, with beautiful views of the water and mountains. It is within walking distance of the beach. The lagoon is seen as one of the best spots in the Western Cape to do bird watching. You can also frequently spot the wild horses around the edges of the lagoon

This house sleeps six people on two double beds and two singles beds. It is fully equiped with all that you need for a wonderful stay, including a fridge, stove and oven, as well as a TV.
The resort has two tennis courts and a swimming pool and there are braai facilities. Other activities (outside the Estate) is Mountainbike rides, Ziplining and Wine tasting in Hemel & Aarde Valley (there is a very good Boutique Wine Shop. Some of the best Wine Farms are in the Hemel & Aarde Valley. Most of them have restaurants and other activities (eg. The market every Saturday morning at Hermanuspietersfontein).
